EFT uses the  same Energy Meridians used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  But unlike Acupuncture, we do NOT use Needles.  We stimulate these energy meridians through gentle, tapping, massaging, breathing, and even sound & eye movements.

Private Groups           

  If you would like to start your own private group with several friends or coworkers, please contact me.  I will be happy to design it based on your needs.  Rate will depend on Location, duration and the number of people.

This Group is for those trying to Easily & Rapidly Reduce:   

      - Stress and Anxiety, 
      - Panic Attacks 
      - Cravings of all types
( food, cigarettes, alcohol....)



 What is this good for:                                                

to lose a little or a lot of weight 

-  to simply change eating habits

- to reduce or eliminate the cravings for donuts, soda, coffee, sweets, 
   anything...

- to reduce alcohol consumption

Please come hungry with strong cravings so you can enjoy feeling them disappear in a few short minutes.  The higher your cravings, the more amazed you will be when they vanish...



- to Rapidly reduce the Intensity of a Panic Attack while it is happening, 
   so that you can gain control

- to reduce the frequency of Panic Attacks, often eliminating them 
   altogether 

When you are in the middle of a full blown panic attack, you can use this technique to very quickly bring down the intensity so you can function.  You can then Practice EFT to eliminate the root cause of your panic attacks so you can prevent them from happening.


                    As you Reduce Stress & Anxiety,  you begin to:                              

-  Improve Focus, Memory  and performance at work, school & sports
 
- reduce and eliminate muscle tension, aches, pains, stiffness.  

-  improve your breathing and circulation, which increases oxygen to your

As stress is reduced, your body begins to change.  Your muscles relax and your breathing improves.  This allows more oxygen to flow to your brain, and all other organs.

Common Side effects         

The following are common side effects that tend to be experienced by the majority of EFT users, regardless of what we are working on.

Relaxation
One of the most common side effects from using EFT is Relaxation - Most people find themselves extremely relaxed after a session.

Relieves or Eliminates Pain
It often reduces or eliminates physical pains such as ( back pain, headaches, sciatica, etc.)  

Less Stress
You may also  notice that things begin to feel easier and less stressful in your life as it alleviates emotional pain. 

Increased Energy
You may People often experience more energy.  I belief this may be due to the lightness of dropping emotional
 

There are many more positive side-effects that people have reported but they are more specific to each person.

 First session,

In the first session, you will learn how to quickly Reduce or eliminate your cravings,  Anxiety, Panic Attacks

Most people experience an immediate reduction / elimination of their cravings in just a few short minutes.

In order for you to experience this during our group session, it is recommended that you arrive hungry.

     Arrive Hungry    

The hungrier you are,  the higher your cravings will be and the more effective & fun your session will be.   

 It is no fun to work with "wimpy" cravings.  I prefer to work when your cravings are very strong so you can experience how powerful this technique is.


The following Sessions:                                                                       

In all of the following sessions, we will:

- continue to use EFT for cravings & anxiety

- work on finding and eliminating the triggers that cause us to over eat, or drink or smoke

- work on finding and eliminating the things that trigger our stress, anxiety, panic attacks.

Just like a drug or alcohol addiction, many people turn to food for comfort and for escape.  They often use food to medicate
themselves and avoid dealing with painful and difficult emotions and situations.   Basically, it is a way of eating their emotions.  

In a group setting, we will work on triggers that are common to many emotional eaters, drinkers, and cigarette smokers.  
As we work on these triggers,  you will be learning how to do the work on your own personal triggers.

    Private sessions are also available if you need individual assistance.

    My goal, with all the therapies that I offer, is to help empower people  to bring about 
    positive & powerful changes in their lives.
 

Private or Group Sessions - which are better for me?                                  

It depends.  You can benefit from both.

Group sessions are an easy & economical way to get a feel for the power of this technique and to bring about very powerful changes.   

Group Sessions are also a great supplement to those receiving private sessions.

Private sessions are recommended for persons with more sensitive, personal issues.

Private sessions can also bring about faster results in many cases.
